Allow 30 minutes before your appointment. Early/late setups (before 8am or after 7pm) incur a 30% surcharge.

Cancellation
- Groups (6+): 48-hour notice required
- Holiday Season: 7-day notice required
- Same-day bookings: 4-hour cancellation notice
- Covid deposits: non-refundable, valid 6 months
